James Fisher is a mortgage banker and has been working in residential lending for over 30 years. He has lived in Brookfield for 30 years and has been active in coaching and supporting youth sports, a past treasurer of the high school Booster club, past president of the Brookfield Rotary Club, and a member of the Economic Development Commission for over 20 years. Jim graduated from Dean Jr. College and Bryant College with degrees in business management.

Peter Gerardi has over 15 years of experience in the Retail Banking Industry; with a particular focus on residential and small business lending. Peter lives in Brookfield with his wife and two children where he is active in the community. Peter joined Newtown Savings Bank in April 2016. In his current role as Regional Market Manager, he is responsible for business development in the Brookfield Market as well as overseeing the other 5 markets within the Northern Region, including Danbury, Bethel, Southbury, Woodbury and Oxford.

Rich Reynolds has lived in Connecticut for 25+ years in the Candlewood Lake communities. He is a full-time real estate professional with over 15 years of comprehensive knowledge in residential real estate general contracting, property development, and property investment, along with personal buying/selling experience. His knowledge of these distinct markets and his superior customer service skills bring great value to buyers, sellers, investors, and developers alike. Rich is a member of the National Realtor Association, Northern Fairfield Count Realtor Association, a Board Member of The Brookfield Chamber of Commerce, and a mentor of Western Connecticut SCORE. In addition, Rich has been actively involved in local business communities establishing Business Improvement Districts, outreach programs and Community Service.

Mel Butow and his wife Sharon moved from Long Island to Brookfield in November 2013 to be closer to their grandchildren. Mel has 40+ years of financial management experience, mainly in advertising and media related companies.  He was also the C.E.O. of his own company that provided accounting services for small and start-up companies.  The company was also involved in traditional real estate sales. Along with serving on the Economic Development Commission, Mel also serves on the Planning Commission and is a Deputy Registrar.

Angelo  DaCunha, Commissioner

Angelo DaCunha has lived in Brookfield for 35 years with his wife and two children. He is the sole proprietor of Brookfield Cleaners & Tailors and is currently the VP of Brookfield Town Center for Business. Throughout the years he has assisted in numerous committees and fundraisers in the Brookfield public school system. He is also on the board of trustees at the Portuguese Cultural Center and the past president of the Connecticut Soccer League and a supporter/volunteer of the VA Hospital in Newington CT.
