Once the necessary approvals are granted the final building and approved site plans must be submitted to Building Official for a Building Permit.

The Building Official will review the plans for compliance with applicable building codes including ADA compliance. For specific questions, below are the department contacts:

The application is then returned to the Building Official for issuance of the permit after all other departments have signed off.
